| Julia hits back at Keanna
Sexy star Julia Lopez is on the warpath anew. This time, the object of her wrath is another sexy star, Keanna Reeves. The feud started when Keanna, whose career was revived when she merged as the Big Winner in the first Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Edition, belittled Julia as a second rate performer. Julia, of course, did not take Keanna's words sitting down. "Siya kasi ang nagsimula ng lahat kaya sumasagot lang ako. (She started it all and I am just answering back)," Julia defended herself. Keanna and Julia are pitted against each other because of their sexy image notwithstanding their oversized bumpers. But Julia seemed to gain ground against Keanna. Julia has just been nominated for the Best Comedy Actress category of the 21st Star Awards for Television.
Bodies removed from Temecula home
Updated at 1:05 p.m. By: The CalifornianSheriff's officials are officially investigating the shooting deaths of two men and three women as a case of multiple murders and then a suicide. The bodies were found at a home at 31089 Iron Circle. The identities of the victims have not been released, however neighbors say the home was being rented to Jeff Blixt, 45. Authorities say that only one of the victims ---- one of the men ---- lived at the home. Thanksgiving Weekend Box Office "Enchanted" by Disney
It was an "'Enchanted" holiday weekend for the Walt Disney Company at the movie box office. Disney's fairy tale romantic-comedy "Enchanted" was the big winner over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend, taking in more than 50-million-dollars at the five-day box office. The film, a live-action spoof on classic Disney fairy tales like "Sleeping Beauty" and "Cinderella" stars Amy Adams as a fairy-tale princess in modern-day New York and Patrick Dempsey as a lawyer who falls for the princess. Coming in second was the holiday family reunion comedy "This Christmas" with an estimated 27-point-one-million-dollars, followed by last weekend's box office champ "Beowulf" at number three with 23-point-three-million. Rounding out the top five at the holiday weekend box office was the new video game-inspired action adventure "Hitman" which opened at number four with 21-million in box office receipts, and Jerry Seinfeld's animated comedy "Bee Movie" checked in at number five with 15-point-nine-million.
Telegraph promotes Moore to global ad role
Telegraph Media Group (TMG) has promoted Toby Moore to the position of international advertising director. Moore will continue his duties as director of fashion, beauty and luxury for TMG, but adds the responsibility for growing the group's international business. The international role was vacated last week by Nick Edgley, who has taken on a similar role at Associated Newspapers. .
